British Army Officers Sam Browne Belt

it's lineage actually goes quite far back into the victorian era, general sir same browne, a british indian army cavalry officer had lost his left arm during the indian mutiny. left unable to draw his sword he had to take matters into his own hand. creating a new type of belt allowing him to draw only one handed. Comprising of a wide leather belt with brass fittings and a a thin leather cross strap, this would go on to become a mainstay of british officers uniform utilised heavily through the 19th and 20th century. these days it is still used for ceremonial and dress purposes in Britain, but  us used widely across the world by military and police forces alike as a long standing and recognisable sign of status and authority

XL - Fits up to 40" waist
XXL - Fits up to 50" waist (does not have cross strap)
